Order cancellation/การยกเลิกคำสั่งซื้อ
We try to ship your order as soon as possible. Typically, we will process and ship your order within 12-24 hours. Once the shipment has been processed, it can not be changed or cancelled. If you would like to cancel your order or change shipping details, please contact us at LINE: @poemerra to see if it is still possible. If the order has not been processed, we will try our best to accommodate your request.

Refunds and returns/การคืนสินค้า
We only accept returns due to damaged goods from shipping and defective products only. To help facilitate our investigation, we recommend you record the unboxing process once you received the package. All claims must be done within 7 days upon delivery of shipment. After this period, we reserve the rights to refuse any refunds and returns.

Refund process/ระยะเวลาการคืนเงิน
For credit card payments, we will make a refund request to your bank. Depending on your bank’s execution time, it may take about 30-60 days to complete the process.
